Whole Body Workout Example

This video is an example of a 10 Minute Whole Body Workout.  Each month members of HomeOfficeWorkouts.com recieve a new workout and an additional exercise of the month.

  1. Push ups

  2. Trunk Rotations

  3. Mountain Climbers

  4. Squat Thrusts/Shoulder Presses

 Perform each exercise for 10 repetitions each then repeat as many times as possible for 10 minutes. 

*weight shown 10 pound dumbbells.

**Tip:  To modify - increase or decrease the weight.
